• Shipping labels cannot be canceled after they have been issued.

Tawseel Express acts solely as a shipping label provider and logistics intermediary and is not responsible for compensating the value of shipped goods.

Our role is limited to submitting claims to the shipping carrier if any shipping issue occurs.

• We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
• Any compensation provided by Tawseel Express is limited to the shipping label value only.
• By purchasing a shipping label, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Perishable Goods Shipping Policy

Perishable goods are shipped entirely at the sender's own risk.

Neither Tawseel Express nor the shipping carrier shall be liable for any damage, spoilage, or deterioration resulting from:

• Shipping delays.
• Transportation or storage conditions.
• Weather conditions or temperature changes.
• Any circumstances beyond the carrier's control after the shipment has been handed over.

If a shipping label is canceled (where cancellation is applicable), a SAR 10 cancellation fee will be deducted.

By completing the shipping label purchase, the sender confirms full acceptance of this policy and assumes all risks associated with shipping perishable products.
