Local Shipping Terms & Conditions

• 1. Shipment DimensionsIf the total shipment dimensions (Length + Width + Height) exceed 100 cm, you must provide the exact dimensions before the shipping label is issued.
• If the dimensions or a clear photo of the shipment are not provided, the platform reserves the right to reject the shipping label request due to incomplete information.

2. Actual Weight & Volumetric Weight

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
• Shipping starts from SAR 25 for shipments weighing 1 kg up to 15 kg.
• All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
• If the carrier applies additional charges due to excess weight or volumetric weight, the customer is responsible for paying all additional fees.

3. Shipment Contents

• The shipment contents must match the information provided in the order.
• The sender is fully responsible for any legal consequences resulting from incorrect or concealed shipment contents.
• Shipping flammable, explosive, hazardous, or prohibited materials within Saudi Arabia is strictly prohibited.
• Dangerous liquids, weapons, chemicals, and any items prohibited by shipping regulations are not accepted.

4. Accepted Shipments

Our shipping service accepts:

• Official documents.
• Business documents.
• Personal documents.
• Approved commercial shipments.
• Parcels and goods permitted for domestic shipping within Saudi Arabia.

5. Shipping Label Cancellation or Modification

• If incorrect shipment information is provided, the customer is responsible for any fees resulting from modifying the shipment details or issuing a new shipping label.
• A cancellation fee of 10 applies if the shipping label is canceled.

6. Platform Responsibility

• Tawseel Express acts as an intermediary for issuing shipping labels through approved carriers such as Aramex.
• The platform is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
• The customer is responsible for packaging the shipment securely and appropriately.
• The platform reserves the right to reject any shipment that violates shipping regulations or contains incomplete information.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting the order and receiving the order number, the customer confirms acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
• The platform reserves the right to modify prices or these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the shipping carrier's policies without prior notice.
